Avoid:

Caffeine (24 hr prior to your treatment)
Active ingredients 4 days before your treatment (salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, retinol, vitamin c, harsh exfoliants)
Waxing, threading, laser hair removal, other lasers 2 weeks before your treatment
Excessive sun exposure, tanning beds, self tanner

Day of Treatment:

Arrive with clean skin (no heavy make-up, no lotions)
Avoid shaving or exfoliating the treated area on the day of your procedure
