What to Expect

There is very little prep required for this treatment.

Stop using any anti-inflammatories including ibuprofen a minimum of 1 week prior to treatment.

Avoid caffeine on the day of your treatment (it reduces your pain threshold).

Have something to eat prior to your visit so you aren’t hungry. (You will feel light-headed and it also reduces pain threshold).

Ensure the area is cleansed and no creams, lotions or oils have been applied.
